Actually that’s the title Graham Jarvis, the editor of The Marketing Leaders, gave to my article. And still, after 11 years, despite every new communication channel that has come along, I still believe passionately in the power of email. Today it is one among many, and, as I write in the Marketing Leaders article, email must be used carefully and correctly.
