We are E-Search DAC, an Irish incorporated company trading as Newsweaver, and we are located at 5100 Cork Airport Business Park, Cork, T12 YE28, Ireland.

Personal data privacy is of the utmost importance to Newsweaver. We therefore maintain a Privacy Policy which covers how we collect, use, transfer, and store personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to the personal information shared or stored by people who interact with our company website. It also applies to anybody who interacts with our Software as a Service (SaaS) platform website and our Mobile App.

By visiting Newsweaver’s websites, or signing up to receive communications sent through Newsweaver’s SaaS platform, you are accepting the terms of the Privacy Policy. You are therefore encouraged to read the policy before using or submitting information to Newsweaver.

  • We shall not hold more information than is required, and shall only hold it as long as required for its specific purpose.
  • Any requests you make to access, correct or delete your personal information will be addressed as promptly as possible.

Data Collection

  • We collect your personal information for various purposes – such as answering sales enquiries received via our company website, in connection with job applications, or other types of correspondence with you.
  • We sometimes combine the personal information we collect from you with typically non-personal information obtained from other sources (like cookies), to help with overall accuracy and completeness.
  • We also collect information relating to the use of our websites, through a number of technologies, including cookies.


  • We use your personal information to fulfil your requests of us, to contact you for customer satisfaction surveys, to support products or services you have obtained from us, and in connection with other transactions.
  • We sometimes use personal information for marketing communications, but only if you have given permission for that purpose.
  • We also attempt to personalize your experience while you are on our websites, and to generate website usage statistics.


  • When we collect personal information from you directly (eg: through forms), you can advise what you want it to be used for and not used for. For example, whether or not you want to receive follow-up marketing communications on our products or services.
  • Where we collect website usage information from you indirectly (eg: through cookies), you can influence whether and what is shared. For example, you can turn off cookies in your web browser.
  • You may request a copy of any personal information we hold about you by using the contact details at the end of this policy document. You can also request that data be amended or removed.


  • Newsweaver is committed to complying with relevant data protection legislation.
  • This includes local legislation (including the Data Protection Act of 2018), EU data privacy regulations (General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679), and the standards applicable in the United States and other countries and states.
  • Newsweaver is registered as a data processor with the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK, and the Data Protection Commissioner in Ireland.
  • We also communicate our privacy and data protection guidelines to Newsweaver employees and strictly enforce privacy safeguards within the company. This includes training and awareness on data protection topics and confidentiality agreements with employees.
  • We review data privacy governance measures regularly. If a change to the privacy policy is required, we will publish details of those changes 30 days prior to the changes coming into effect.
