Your Newsweaver account comes packed with features that can help you take your communications to the next level. For a quick glance at the list of features available in your account check the Admin Area. Whether you have signed up to our Customer Connect or our Customer Connect Lite product, all of the features offered are listed in the Account Settings section, on the right hand side with a description of each.
To View the Features available in your Newsweaver Account:
- In the Admin drop-down, click ‘Account Settings’.
- Under Settings on the right side of your screen you’ll see the features available in your account.
Note: The Product you’re using will appear at the top of the dialog box.
