Support for creating email newsletters

Newsweaver’s support team provides customers with real-time support for any training or product support issues that may arise when creating their email newsletters.

We provide an online training centre, a dedicated support email address at support@newsweaver.com in addition to a toll-free telephone number Ireland:1800-80-61-61 UK:0800-085-63-88 to contact our support team. Outside Ireland and UK: +353 21 2427277

Phone and email support are available from 8am to 6pm GMT every weekday, excluding public holidays. We recommend customers with support queries first check our frequently asked questions section, which provides answers to many of the support questions customers have.

Our goal is to get our customers up and running as fast as possible and ready to launch their newsletter or flyer within five to seven days. For all new customers, we recommend our Online Support Centre, where they can view a Getting Started video and an extensive suite of training videos. They can also access frequently asked questions on how to use our software.

Our Online Support Centre has been divided into the following topic areas. Each area has a series of FAQs and training videos that will show you how to use Newsweaver to complete that task.

Getting started Get all the information you need on the basic steps required to get you up and running on the Newsweaver application.	Sending Learn the options available when sending your email, such as how to schedule a send or drop personalised content into your email.
Analysis of email performance Learn how to create subscriber searches, segment subscriber lists and create reports to help you analyse your email's performance.	Managing subscribers Learn important details about how the subscriber area works and how to maintain a healthy subscriber list.
Account settings Learn how to access your user profile. set up a unique domain for your emails or how to move from one account to another.	Content entry Learn how to add and edit content for you publication. It expands on the basic content entry details in the Getting Started section.
